Pros

New President, New Sales Manager New Vision (some positive changes) Seems to be getting better Strong customer base with annual reorders Independence as long as quotas met

Cons

Micromanaged as a new employee. Have to negotiate every aspect of your contract including base pay, commission rate, driving mileage, accounts. Products line is supposed to be unique and special but rarely is. Encourages in-house reps to sell into your territory. Management offers no insights or training.
