      Pros

      - Lots of customers - Benefits (medical, dental) are not bad.

      Cons

      - Professional services is run very poorly - They have leaderboards for who bills the most in a quarter, but it is always won by the same individuals internally.

      - Great leadership in the east (Mike Hockford) - brand name in the market - lots of PS partners that are easy to work with - the people tend to be worth working with - great SaaS selling experience

      Cons

      - west coast team - west coast leadership - not being apart of the “boys club” on the west coast - if one leader doesn’t like you, so long to all job growth - Last name not being Cabrera or being apart of “the family” - limited areas for growth within the company, unless you start as a BDR. Most people stop at AE
