East Coast sales team was amazing, that probably annoyed the West Coast.

Nepotism Narcissism Ineptitude Product Leadership To clarify - Rampant nepotism exists at the highest levels of the org. CEO hires and protects friends and family whilst getting rid of anyone who disrupts the cosy Los Gatos ‘family’. Everything is good as long as you agree with the CEO. Business is run very poorly and has been for a long time. Vista don’t care about this business and are just watching it die. The product is awful and the same problems that have existed for years remain. Horrible user experience and scaling for enterprise clients is an issue. Leadership is so focused on an exit that they just cut through employees in the hope of getting it. No growth so need to cut.

Great environment, people are nice. Benefits are good.

Cons

Metrics are there as a guideline but there is an invisible expectation to exceed over double what you're told to do. Glorified name for outbound call center. Very difficult to move within the company/ growth opportunities limited.
