      1. Decent exposure to problems in big data 2. Nice environment to learn and grow. 3. Good work life balance

      Cons

      1. Some of teams/products are yet to achieve product market fit so there can be lot of uncertainty. 2. Startup culture in most teams , where not enough processes are present in terms of software development and release , most of work becomes adhoc. 3.Most of products in sales domain , which is pretty dry ,boring and slow moving overall.

      We can say factually that there are no family members in a leadership role at any level. The appointment of any position has been and will continue to be based on merit, experience, and performance. That being said, Xactly has a culture where in addition to having a professional relationship many employees (the leadership team included) have built, or are building friendships. This is a human thing, not a bad thing, and we will always stay true to those values to care for one another.
