You are correct, being in a medical environment the operation is 24/7/365. The sites do try to do a “holiday” rotation but you are again correct eventually it will be your turn. This is similar to working in a hospital environment.
As far as the EMR (electronic medical record), any computer system can have its quirks and be cumbersome. It takes time to work through those quirks so they can adjust.
Overtime is paid in the pay cycle it is accrued in. An error could occur on a paycheck for a variety of reasons. Any discrepancies in pay should be addressed immediately through your site manager.
