Pros

Good insurance, 401 k match, stepping stone for those who are young and trying to make a career in marketing

Cons

Management are idiots, play favorites. Keep doing same thing expect different results. Human Resources friends with management that is questionable relationship. Look the other way on sexual harassment

Pros

You work with great people and with the site being fairly small it's almost like family. The scheduling is also fairly flexible depending on what department your in.

Cons

Management is some what disrespectful and treats anyone under them as if they are unworthy. The moral there is horrible because once again management doesn't acknowledge any of the hard work being put in and who's keeping the company going. People are often treated unfairly dependent upon who your friends with. The lack of communication also makes for stressful days. There is a constant need to push the product out but not always adequate time to do so,so your left feeling like you can't do your job accordingly.

Pros

Decent health benefits, especially the dental plan.

Cons

Turn over is extremely high, and most people only stay 1-2 years. This can lead to low morale at times and an awkward office environment. There is not much communication regarding company strategy and goals, and many employees are left to make assumptions on where the organization is heading.
