Pros

We have a great team of friendly people. The HR Manager is fantastic, understanding and cares about each person. Benefits are great. Management is appreciative and goes out of their way to help each succeed.

Cons

If you like to work in chaos, and find yourself energized by the push and pull of egos, then perhaps look elsewhere for work.

Regarding hiring practices, we do hire warehouse employees from staffing positions, and we currently have several team members who have transitioned to permanent roles. As positions become available, we prioritize hiring from within, looking at those who have demonstrated their value to the team. While we do not have a specific timeline for these transitions, we are always looking to create opportunities as needed. We also provide annual performance reviews for our staffing employees with the potential to receive annual merit raises, and bonus opportunities. We appreciate your insights and encourage you to continue sharing any suggestions for improvement. Thank you for being a part of our team!
