Since the new management team took over in the last 24 months, we have implemented several processes and systems to improve our operations and enhance efficiency. We recognize the need to move past Excel spreadsheets, and we are actively working to integrate software solutions and other project management tools to streamline our workflows. We are pleased to share that we have enhanced our engineering capabilities, and our new Engineering and Quality Manager brings extensive experience to the team. This addition strengthens our ability to serve our customers effectively. Regarding data security, we have appointed a new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and his team to ensure that our data is secure and protected.
