      Great technology, too political

      Pros

      Zebra has great technology, a great sales team, and a lot of smart people. Benefits are great, pay is above average and time is generally flexible.

      Cons

      There is still a ton of division between former Motorola and former Zebra ways of working. Too many decisions need to be made by committee, which limits agility. There is a higher than normal level of politics, with a lot of jockeying among leadership and a lot of territorial behavior.

      Pros

      Great company financials & ability to grow through a recession. Cool products which you see everywhere you go! Consistently rated top places to work, most innovative, etc. Making an sincere effort to improve recognition, appreciation, and celebrate wins. Great access to Sr. / Executive leadership who are all humble leaders. Strong culture improvement initiative. Very enjoyable place to work!

      Opportunities for advancement. Product innovation too conservative. Poor young talent retention & incentives.

      unqualified management, lack of research and project planning, ethnic preferences in promotions, poor security in hiring russian and chinese nationals on sensitive code base.
