Working here will make you appreciate your next job and even if it's bad, too, it will not be this bad.

Cons

I've never seen so many dumb and lazy people in IT until I came to work for Zelis. This company is the result of mergers and acquisitions and each time the dumb and lazy people stay because they know they can't survive anywhere else. The result is a place where nothing gets done and everyone makes excuses. The management is the meanest and dumbest I have ever seen. It would be a mistake for anyone to come to take a job here. This company will do nothing but hurt your career and waste your time.

Communication is really lacking with management. You are being told one thing and the next week its different. Too much inconsistency. Make sure everyone is on the same page prior to releasing information.
