Pros

Great, talented people. So much potential

Cons

The fish rots from the head. CEO fosters an environment of crazy-making to the executives below him. The result is distracted leaders who in turn are rude and perpetually distracted by the demands being made on them. Middle-management and line employees don't feel heard or seen and get the brunt of the stress. The companies before they merged has amazing cultures and a sense of purpose and belonging. That's been killed. The culture is the worst.

Terrible Place to work

Pros

Summer hours if you can actually sign off on time. Employees who start earlier than others do not see much of a benefit.

Cons

Company hires back employees that abandoned ship for higher positions and higher pay. Does not consider how this makes the rest of the employees who have stuck it out with this company feel. It’s a personal slap in the face to see this happen time and time again. Management promotes management with made up weird positions, and does not promote within their hard working employees. How many promotions must a manager get in a short period of time? This company is very click heavy, and you will not get anywhere unless you know the right people. The work life balance is terrible, and employees often work weekends and nights with no compensation. CEO brags about how much money we make, however, employees see little return. Employee of the month initiative is a joke, and a clear display of favoritism. Morale is terrible with a bully like approach from upper management. There is little to no recognition for employees, and there is little to no respect for them as well. New IT management wants to off shore jobs instead of seeking opportunity within. Pay is not comparable to market value. Resources are always limited, but upper management is always plentiful.

Pros

You get to wear jeans

Cons

A horribly run company that is only concerned about pleasing their investors. Doug Klinger, the "CEO", is one of the weakest leaders out there and under his "management" you can expect: - Little to no career growth opportunities - No sense of true management/direction throughout departments; blind leading the blind - A culture of feeling unappreciated and unvalued - Torturous hour long town halls that talk about the boat load of money the company made last quarter and how none of it is going back towards the employees - Outdated work environment - No job security - No sense of fulfillment From what I hear, this wasn't always the case before Doug had taken over. He turned this place into a sweatshop and will continue to move the company that direction as long as he's there.
