Pros

Very talented front line people who care about doing great work Nice healthcare options Decent compensation for managers

Cons

Company driven by Profit and Private Equity money. This in and of itself is not necessarily a bad thing, but there is little investment in management training and employees feel undervalued and under appreciated. There is little upward mobility for hard working employees. Time has proven that although Doug is talented at turning a profit, he is an ineffectual CEO when it comes to culture. Doug would benefit from listening to his employees and working hard to change the culture for the better.

Pros

Can’t say I have any or I would not be leaving

Cons

Too many to name. Manipulation and greed is the theme in EVERY corner of this organization. Once a great place to work this company overworks and underpays it’s employees. Try as you might to grow, it will not happen unless you tell them you are looking to leave. Promotion is done out of fear of loss not out of quality of work. Professionalism is not rewarded. Loyalty gets you nowhere. Look elsewhere. It’s toxic and unhealthy. Unemployment is a better option.

Pros

Remote and summer Friday’s- neither is worth it

Cons

Hidden behind the smoke and mirrors of a large unstoppable origination dedicated to fighting the unreasonable cost of healthcare lies a sinking ship. Miserable employees are working through lunches, forced to work unpaid overtime, having commissions stolen from them, being lied to daily about the companies direction and are treated horribly by management. The truly ‘special’ were able to buy into profit sharing and have received large payouts from the last sale. Their new financial success is at the expense of the vast majority of front line associates work life balance. Most associates need second jobs to provide for their families. Overworked and underpaid is the theme all while the rich get richer. The privileged have provided jobs with made up titles for their friends to join them in their financial win. The clients are no longer the priority. We see you Zelis. We see you and those that care, those that have a sense of integrity are leaving.
