+ nice people, helpful community + dinner events and happy hours

Cons

- complete lack of connection between management and staff. - disorganized roadmap and workload. every day is a roller coaster. - not competitive pay, especially for the amount of work that comes with a "fast growing company" - poor training for most departments - policies and promises are touch and go, no integrity behind management

Subpar salary No clear reporting structure PTO is 10 days until obscene tenure length Keeps acquiring companies High deductible health insurance Multiple systems used by employees Feels like an investment bank that decided to make money off the internet because everyone needs internet, not actually trying to solve a problem for the public as a company, just extracting money for investors and that wealth is not shared down the pipeline
