Pros

- A lot of growth and career opportunities, defined career paths and a lot of internal promotion. - Feel like I'm contributing every day and can make a difference. - Love that we're changing a broken industry and making a difference with our customers. - Management is always listening even if changes can't be made immediately.

Cons

- We continue to grow and things are moving so quickly that at times it's hard to catch your breath. - We're in 2 offices right now and it's a little distracting. - Hope as we grow we continue to put customers first.
