Pros

Tremendous opportunities for growth and advancement. Has the feel of an exciting start -up company; however, Zentro is quite mature. Lots of experience inside the building walls and great people who value teamwork and a customer first attitude.

Cons

Mergers and acquisitions are always tough to manage from a culture mixing perspective. This place has its growing pains and it still feels like 2 camps at times.

Pros

I'm relatively new to the company, but the experience has been great. Training was quick and painless, the entire company is friendly and wants to see new hires succeed. I know my career path exists here, and that's great at a company our size.

Cons

At times the pace of change is a LOT to deal with, but it all catches up eventually.
