      My team was the best part. Benefits started out great but then they dwindled.

      New management in sales were very car sales type. They never take ownership for anything they mess up.

      We get to sell the best communication and collaboration tools in the business today and to be part of constant innovation to better connect the world.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of change at high level leadership positions (outside hires) that has lead to a feeling of being bogged down by so many processes and challenges to a degree that we have minimal time to connect with our customers and focus on how we can help them optimize collaboration, connection, and communication.
