Pros

Believe the hype! The culture and product are exactly as advertised. I thought people were drinking the Kool-Aid when I first joined the team. Now I'm saying "the Kool-Aid tastes gooood". It really is an exciting time at Zoom. The product is disrupting and taking over the industry. Management is engaged, open, and have set a culture that few companies can match.

Cons

Honestly none. Product sells itself. The growth hasn't been a negative. Denver office has exponential growth, and maintains its culture.

Pros

The People. I capitalize that for a reason. Love coming to work. Technology is incredible and I use it outside of work all the time. Give you all the tools and support to be successful. Management is unbelievably supportive and access to execs is open-door (or over Zoom).

Cons

No dogs at HQ sucks but we have to play nice with San Jose city

Pros

Though we've grown a lot in the past 5 years, we still have the startup feel and adaptability. LOVE what we sell and Zoom's genuine customer focus. The culture is fun and collaborative (we sell collaboration software, shocker)... Management has been well-chosen and extremely supportive, and when a position is not a good fit, Zoom is great about helping you find the right fit for each person, where they are not only successful, but also happy.

Cons

It is a VERY high-paced job, especially in certain segments. Though management is flexible with hours, you can expect long days (think 9-11 hours).
