Great team and direct management. Laid off after COVID.

Pros

The team I was with was always willing to assist and answer questions. My manager was very supportive to any problems or issues that arose as well as did their best to help with intended career progression and direction.

Cons

Chat support expectations were difficult to handle with multiple chats at the same time, sometimes with completely different system or feature issues, and keeping response with the chat user. Also, at T1, the overall metrics were more based on quantity than quality and the technical support role had more customer service type of metrics than technical support metrics.

Pros

RSUs but the stocks are tanking

Cons

Worst middle management ever. They hired manager who can’t even navigate the their portfolio of products. They are not up-to date with current offerings. They continuously skip 1:1 and say they are working on a “project” that no one ever gets to hear about. Manager is offline 80% of the day. They lie when asked about promotion cycles and the main focus for promotion is on non - revenue driving activities. Manager will threaten you about getting written up or getting fired from time to time. would give negative rating for everything if I could.
