      Pros

      A perfect example of exactly what NOT to do as an organization. Very low bar of entry.

      Cons

      Structurally unsound with massive redundant and overlapping middle management and a dwindling pool of ever disillusioned and overworked IC's. Leadership and middle management are a collection of some of the most incompetent and morally corrupt individuals.

      CEO announce 1300 layoffs on an on hands call. Showed real remorse..

      Cons

      We were told we were effective by being immediately disconnected from Zoom. No access to our email, log ins to peripheral benefit sites etc. I was strongly recruited from a Major technology compay where i had overacheived for 7 years. And after 11 months on the job acheiving 158% of my number i was laid off without so much as a call from my manager. The off boarding has been horrific, unorganized and dehumanizing.

      Pros

      -Zoom "just works". The tech is great -The CEO, Eric Yuan, is AMAZING -Used to have an AMAZING culture before the pandemic

      Cons

      - Eric is great but has surrounded himself post-pandemic with TERRIBLE Leadership that DOES NOT care about delivering happiness to customers or employees... Zoom is now just desperately trying to do anything to make the stock go back up. - Really sad to watch an amazing company fail due to Leaders who do not believe in Eric's mission - LOVED working here pre-pandemic and HATED working here post-pandemic as the leadership changed and the results speak for themselves
