      Examples of the wonderful culture: - minutes of CEO & executive team meetings shared with entire company - there's a company Happy Crew exclusively focused on culture & fun events - I'm free to do my job the way I see it should be done, learn from others, innovate - every single deal gets posted and celebrated - be it 1 license or 6000 sold - free lunch 4x week and snacks all day every day - Holiday party is off the hook!

      - some growing pains and reversals on policies common to a fast-growing company

      Pros

      Benefits, Employees, CEO, Upper Management, Activities... EVERYTHING. When I come to work, I know that the company will be transparent with everything that is going on and management cares about what I have going on in my life, personal or work, and they make sure I get what the time I need to handle it. I feel like the grown up I am by working here, because I am trusted to manage my own desk. Nothing is worse than a micromanager and we don't have that here.

      Cons

      Nothing. All other companies should take lessons from Zoom. How many people could walk up to their CEO and be treated like a normal/everyday person? That means a lot to folks.

      Great culture, great leadership, great products. What more can you ask for?

      Cons

      Its a growing company so there are some growing pains around process but those are good problems to have. The good thing is that the company is aware of and is addressing them with people, process and technology.
