      What can I say... the company went public

      Pros

      Pay is okay. Colleagues are good people.

      Cons

      Upper management has gone down hill since the company went public. They have redacted the best benefit that most people took this job for which is MTO(unlimited time off)+ sick days. When Covid-19 hit the company took our sick days away and moved us from salary to hourly. Constant changes that make things worse. Unclear guidelines for work and unmanageable work load. Talk of forcing US support agents to work holidays.

      Best brand in the industry, fantastic CEO. Exciting products - major market updside.

      Cons

      Company is in its awkward teenage years. Senior management seems to be believing its own press and acts as if people don't really matter that much in the success of the organization. There is growing implicit arrogance in senior management that is difficult to watch, reflected in compensation changes that assume business will come through the door at a high rate with or without you being here. One expects this at other companies, but it is hard to see it happen at Zoom.
