Recent Culture of Distrust Noticeable

- RSU’s on initial start date - Hybrid work

Cons

- Constantly worried about layoffs since the RIF in 2023, senior management speak openly that there will be no layoffs yet entire departments face cuts weeks later but as it’s not seen as mass layoffs it is downplayed - Remote first option removed without prior consultation with existing staff - Annual bonus is tied to company performance as a whole which to most seems inequitable if their business unit is exceeding all targets set - Recently left the company as share price has been trending downwards for quite some time and the culture has taken a hit because of distrust within the company

Totally incompetent, greedy senior leadership team. Constantly being asked to do more with less resources and a fear-based culture. No processes, no structure, and constantly being given impossible deadlines.
