Pros

Easy technology to understand. Product is decent.

Cons

Zoom is fumbling their big boom from the pandemic. The leadership is atrocious and full of folks who do not know how to run a business. there is no marketing so no one knows the extend of what zoom does. they are focused on cutting costs at employees expense. The business is suffering and their response is to squeeze sales people to do the job of 10 different roles. As a sales person you have to be your own BDR, renewals rep, billings person, customer support, technical support, and engineer. Most of the leadership came from cisco and if you do not fall in line with them youre outed. Favoritism is rampant. They are attempting to move to a channel model and its a complete disaster since again, the leadership does not have adequate experience and again all of the issues fall on sales.
