Lots of red tape. Company grew so fast the team didn't have time to plan out the growth optimally. Feature requests, HR related issues, and internal suggestions are slow to action.

Used to be good, sinking ship. Medicore comp for bad WLB

No 5 days RTO, hybrid work option

Cons

Average comp for very bad WLB, You're expected to work at nights with China team, including Sunday nights. Incompetent managers run this place. Multiple slient layoffs happened with the last 3 months. Frequent layoffs created an environment of extreme frustration among the employees.
