They'll tell you what you want to hear to get you in the front door and then treat you like crap once you get the job absolutely worst ever stay away from Randy Rooney and the SPG group it's a toxic environment with a micromanager who has no experience with people.

Great work culture & work life balance Your work makes a difference Opportunity for advancement The only issue and the only reason why I would consider leaving ePlus is pay being below average for same positions across the nation *especially* in high cost of living areas. However, I also wouldn't take a higher paying job unless I knew the team and work culture was similar or better than ePlus with the same longevity/financial stability.
