Management will not have your back even when the processes are flawed. No training on procedures and if you do something wrong because you were not trained they belittle you through email and chat. I would not recommend working for this company

On the road and away from family too much, working way too many hours, so the flexibility mentioned as a pro is largely negated. No comp time or effort to bring any work / life balance to the table. 401K is a joke compared to comparably sized companies. Vacation policies and holiday time off are sub-par. NO thought to career development. Training opportunities are rare except for the "freebies" given by vendors. Professional service people are at the bottom of the corporate pecking order, you answer to everyone. Lots of turnover and like everywhere else when someone leaves, those that remain pick up the slack. Very little done to increase customer satisfaction until something "blows up".
