I am disappointed to hear you had a negative reaction to our handling of the pandemic. ePlus has worked hard to develop and maintain effective pandemic response plans in every jurisdiction that comply with state and local guidelines, and CDC recommendations. Our executive management team has hosted regular all-hands company calls to address employee issues and concerns. We have instituted additional compassionate leave time for employees who need to take time to care for themselves or loved ones due to the pandemic. We have closed offices and instituted work-from-home for all employees. We have also made sure that no employee lost their job or took a pay cut due to the pandemic. While we have not been able to meet with customers and vendors in-person, our sales employee base has adapted and thrived though out the pandemic. ePlus is extremely proud of the way our employees have handled the pandemic and continued to make ePlus a great place to work.
