I don't feel here are any pro's to working here.

Cons

At 58, after 30 years with the company I was terminated for "performance". No call from anyone in the C-Suite who I have know for all of their careers since there longer than them. Top performer for a number of the 30 years. Terminated on the spot with access removed immediately. Severance of 10 weeks was based on salary, not earning which ranged in the 2-3x salary over my career.
