I got placed on a great contract for me. Everyone I am with (including others with ePlus) are friendly and helpful. They are happy if the client is happy. If so, they will make arrangements to keep you on board. No retirement package in offered benefits

Pros

Company internal motto "you are either sales, or supporting sales", the culture is focused on supporting the front line sales reps. As a frontliner, you can get a ton of support in closing deals and supporting customers. Commission plan is second to none.

Cons

The CRM is awful. There is a ton of bureaucracy, you need to know who to call to get things done quickly. You are on your own. Expect zero support in hunting new customers.
