Pros

If you've been there for over 10 years, you can get your kids hired?

Cons

Every “positive” review on this site has been written by ePlus leadership, not ONE competent person within ePlus (and there are a few) that doesn’t read the following and nod their heads… C-Suite is a joke; the CEO is controlled by the COO who considers himself the smartest guy in every room (he is not). HR is a function in name only and in place to protect the C-Suite's less than savory behavior. (Firing good people without cause and claiming it's a job elimination, while keeping newer and more expensive employees that came in from one of the "club members.") If part of your compensation package includes a bonus plan, you'd better be prepared to keep your own records and be prepared to defend them; bonuses regularly have to be fixed because the company is consistantly trying to take what you rightfully earned. The sheer volume of family members that work at ePlus is staggering and they follow a different set of rules, "club rules." Before Covid, no one could work from home, unless you were the daughter of one of the "club members..." If you're "in the club" and are incompetent at your job, that's ok, they'll find you another position, hide you in a place you won't cost the Company money and won't embarrass them. Unfortunately, it only protects the external customers from seeing the incompetence and doesn't protect the employees from it. The pay structure varries wildly within departments, unsurprisingly, if you’re White you make more than your colleague of color… by as much as 60K… The benefits…two weeks vacation, pathetic health care no maternity/paternity… If you're looking for less pay, a toxic culture and crap benefits ePlus is for you. If however you like to take pride in your work and impact change, MOVE ON.
