Pros

I love the work that I do. The patients I speak with, while not always the nicest, are usually older and just need someone to slowly walk them through what it is we do here, and assist them with ordering their medications. The pay is good, but with rising cost could absolutely be better. Location is fine, but there needs to be more opportunities to work from home.

Cons

Work environment is very hostile. The women leads are horrible. They are rude, cliquey, and if you're not careful, they'll do anything to try to get you fired. Retaliation is common practice here. I've been here for almost 7 months and there are 2 leads who are quite nasty towards me and a couple other PCRs so often that it's begun making me physically sick to walk into our cramped building. There are people who are more than deserving of being able to work from home at this point but still have to come into the office. The leads play favorites and they absolutely will stifle your growth if they don't like you. Rather silly but that's what you get with an immature "leadership" team. Nothing but bullies in upper management.

Pros

Pay every week, clear and coherent about earnings

Cons

You're all shoved in one room. If the managers don't like you, honestly just expect to take more calls while they assign their favorites to take easier chats. The system that they have is unreliable and structurally flawed. You're telling patients to hold while you rely on necessary information from Tier 2, to relay back to the patients, instead of covering the obviously important information in training. It takes forever to get back to the patients while Tier 2 is overworked like hell. You WILL be micromanaged and you can't speak too loudly on break because the break room is literally in the same room as the work floor. Good luck lol

Pros

There is a balcony off the kitchen.

Cons

Trainers contradict & compete at speaking over one another. Material isn’t presented in coordination with process on the floor. System doesn’t have a training environment & new hires share equipment then thrown into live calls with no assistance. Chaotic doesn’t scratch the surface for the joke they’ve made out of the term training. Don’t let them know you’re smarter than the average 5th grader as that’s seen as you showing their professional inadequacies & they will try to get rid of you. The stars given for sr management is for 2 people that should go on LinkedIn & find something else.
