Pros

- commitment to community and environment - great coworkers - fun projects and atmosphere

Cons

- huge uncertainty since the acquisition by Vocus - lack of career opportunities without relocating to Maryland - new management doesn't seem interested in putting people in jobs they actually want to do

Pros

Great culture Amazing people to work with A lot of opportunities for growth Great benefits A lot of perks Fun environment

Cons

Sometimes when you work for a smaller younger company you may feel less secure not knowing what tomorrow will bring. I believe it is true for any smaller company.

Pros

iContact has some great people and a potentially great product. They do make an effort to create a fun work environment, but the free sodas and slide will appeal more to younger employees. They have a very sincere commitment to giving back to the community.

Cons

More experienced employees may find it difficult to fit in or advance in the company. Negative feedback is not really tolerated. Company is very hierarchical and resistant to change.
