We certainly appreciate your recognition in relation our accomplishments towards being an ambitious eCommerce company fully “in the cloud.” This affords our team members the opportunity to learn new tech and stacks very quickly, keeping us at the height of the progressive technology industry. We take great pride in providing a voice for our team members, through surveys and focus groups, to ensure that, as a company, we are in line with areas that are “working” or where there are “opportunities for improvement.” We are a data driven company, and with that we do encourage that our team members provide concrete details and feedback that are metrics/data driven in an effort to stay objective and avoid subjective opinion that does not lend itself to growth. We certainly want all of our team members to find our company beneficial to their professional growth, with that being said we wish you the best of luck with future endeavors.

Snacks are ok. Close to other companies you can apply to.

Cons

Too many to list. There are some good people here, but management is the worst.

Pros

You have a job that's all I can say

Cons

Racism is rampant in that company especially for those who feel entitled to treat you any kind of way people who come there and focus on work get put down or as people who don't work get praised there's so many things that I can say about that company and none of them are positive bad management certain employees getting micromanage if they don't like you they go strategically find a way of firing you safety is a joke along with their new safety guy he's an idiot they talk about safety but make it hard for you to travel through their warehouse with pallets everywhere the racking system is messed up the warehouse is a mess to be handling products for consumption believe me I can go on and on about this company my time is still valuable
