Thank you for your feedback. In line with our Guiding Principles, we develop and hire the best, and have continued to do that since the launch of our Elgin facility. It is very important to us that once team members are hired that we do our utmost to ensure they are engaged in their work and are respected at all times. Since you noted that you are a current iHerb team member, we would love to have the opportunity to learn more from you and to understand your perspective. Therefore, we encourage you to talk to a local management representative to discuss your concerns in more detail. We will do our best to resolve any issues brought to our attention.

Pros

Medical covered by the company and unlimited PTO

Cons

- Favoratism. They hire their own people and promote them without anyone else knowing - You work around the clock. I was here for a few years and worked around the clock and was never appreciated - They lie to you about raises and promotions - They violate OSHA guidelines many a times - Lie about phantom shares or company shares - Very high turnover in the IT dept. because of how they get treated by the leadership team

Pros

Good benefits but that's all. Kuddos to the Director of Total Rewards.

Cons

iHerb has had about 5 lay offs since 2021. Goes to show you how unstable this company is. No matter how much you contribute to the company you are never safe. They let people go as often as you check your phone.... Stay away if you are looking for a long term position. Great place if you want to stay here for 6 months to get some e-comm experience.
