      Racism is rampant in that company especially for those who feel entitled to treat you any kind of way people who come there and focus on work get put down or as people who don't work get praised there's so many things that I can say about that company and none of them are positive bad management certain employees getting micromanage if they don't like you they go strategically find a way of firing you safety is a joke along with their new safety guy he's an idiot they talk about safety but make it hard for you to travel through their warehouse with pallets everywhere the racking system is messed up the warehouse is a mess to be handling products for consumption believe me I can go on and on about this company my time is still valuable

      As mentioned in previous comments, the company is growing super fast, and it creates plenty of opportunities. There are new challenges every single day. And if you like culture diversity, this is right place for you.

      Pros

      Employees at iHerb are really smart and cool. There are plenty of fun projects going all the time. very large distributed & large scale system using cutting edge technologies.

      Cons

      There are still growing pains here and there.
