Pros

None lacking communication when I asked management for clarification of pay and overtime pay they said if you do not like the policies of the company there is the door..... so I rightfully walked out because I gave this company three different times to correct discrepancies on my pay and they never did and so when I walked out I was not under contract to stay in or anything like that and then I Corps had the audacity to send me a termination letter two weeks after I left you did not fire me I left on my own accord because you could not pay me correctly for all hours rendered thank you for doing illegal business practices your contract should reconsider doing business with you if this is how you're going to treat employees hopefully the contracts and their numbers all add up

Cons

They don't pay for overtime, but you still have to work mandatory overtime but they won't pay for it they told me to call the HR number on the pay stub but when you called the number nobody ever return your phone call, now I'm in a class action lawsuit to recover all overtime pay... etc.... over a thousand current and former employees have joined the class action lawsuit.... speaks low of Iqor character.... each call center has an HR personal to take care of concerns but they could care less and just pass the buck to someone else.....

Pros

9 dollars a hour is good for students fresh out of high school, or in college. Gives you an experience to see what a call center is like.

Cons

SUPERVISORS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MESSY! Operations managers as well are supposed to be there for you when you have a problem or issue with your supervisor but unfortunate they're only there to collect a check and won't mind telling you that. It's very loud & messy on the work floor, supervisors have favoritism. Agents that get pulled to be a lead agent or floor support act like supervisors & they have no authority. When customers ask to speak to a supervisor, they tell you to call a higher department so they can continue sitting on their phones not working. QA pick and choose the bad calls so your overall score can be low. I don't recommend this job to ANYONE!
