Sucks, the only thing that motivates me are my coworkers I see everyday for good laughs when I have a little free time

Overtime is mostly always available that's the only Pros I have
Cons
Don't get paid enough ... They start you off at 8.75$ , if you do overtime you get 13.12 they try to use the "you can get paid more money every month thing to keep you motivated" but you have to be in the top 30% to even think about getting a raise , you have to keep your handle time under 4 minutes ( really ? I thought this was customer service ? Why are we rushing our customers to meet handle time ? ) and we get scored off how people feel about the company not about how we treated them . All that matters is that last question would you recommend (the company ) to family and friends.... If the score is less than a 5 its zero points for us ! supervisors think they are God and you aren't treated as an adult ... You can't use your phone in the lunch room only in the break room and you have to lock up your personal belongings every day . You have to use your break time (15) if you have to use the bathroom and the list goes on .... Thank god I am a Student and this isint my career
