      Pros

      Good experience to where you’ll be able to move up.

      Cons

      Supervisors are so unprofessional!!! They run around everywhere, gossip all day. When you need a supervisor they’re either all gone, all at one desk gossiping about someone at work, or they’re walking around the building because “they’re bored “. Favoritism is very noticing right away and it’s extremely unprofessional. They’re so quick to fire someone and NEVER willing to help.

      Pros

      Coworkers, some supervisors. Full time in areas where full time work is rare.

      Cons

      Low pay that isn't worth the stress. Treated like a number. They make the job harder than necessary. New software makes calls longer and complicated. Then you're lectured for your stats being too high. They took away certain individual and building incentives for no reason. This was even after our center won a competition for best stats for the year and then told us to prove ourselves. We did and were slapped in the face.
