      Made quitting extremely easy, as they turned my multi-year career into a dead end job.

      Cons

      There was no valuation of the labor force, and all managerial decisions were made solely based on the bottom line Long term employees were fired en-mass Whole departments were subcontracted to staffing agencies so the company could avoid offering benefits, even to employees who had them before their department was sold out.

      Pros

      If you are starting your career and your age is in between 19 to 22 than you can think to join this company. If u love to travel from your car than there is free parking space for you. If you have experience in collections than you can go ahead and join iqor as they give good salary to someone who has collections exp.

      Cons

      Management is the worst part of iqor. They dont know how to talk with there juniors. It is very important that you should know how to play politics otherwise it would be very hard for an individual to survive. They don't provide any can facility. They have tie up with third party vendor andthey charge huge amount of money. Beware of managers. Managers will force you to extend after the shiftand if u deny to that then they will screw ur happiness.
