      Pros

      Very relaxed as far as management goes. No one constantly over your shoulder. Everyone treated everyone like family. You also get two days off out of the week.

      Cons

      Supervisors and employees not being paid enough for the amount of work that they do. Every account has irate customers. Breaks can be as little as 30 minutes depending on call volume, no set break times.

      Pros

      Deadlines can be met within a reasonable time. Bosses are pretty cool about most things.

      Cons

      No paid vacation or sick days or holidays. Instead you only get "earned" time off.
