pays according to experience and every second is paid, you have the chance to earn more, good allowance and benefit packages, has a lot of opportunity for growth, this is a good company to consider in terms of its compensation and benefit packages

**this is solely base on the program/account i'm currently in... Iqor is being handled by TOO many account managers so this might not be the case on others... management lack the skills to communicate and connect, and transparency is not lenient, some changes happens first before employees was informed, production plan was sometimes over rated or under rated which will be shouldered or will affect the employees afteewards, Code of conduct is not properly implemented, they changes goals, qualifiers for some benefits will be changed without notifications and they doesn'teven care to explain afterwards so you'll end up expecting and aiming for NOTHING for a month/week.
