      Pros

      Their clients are broad and you have lots of abilities to move around. Their training is extensive, upwards of 6+ weeks to ensure you're ready.

      Cons

      Management team does not communicate ANYTHING to each other. Expect little to no assistance from anyone that isn't your direct manager who with problems that require higher ups won't help.

      Great connections Learned a lot Got many opportunities

      Cons

      They rather hire folks from outside the state instead of loyal employees that know the people and the area. They hired a guy that was a site director that shut down 2 sites already…he came in fired one and tried his best to get rid of another man BOTH were his competition for the position he had gotten. And surprise, surprise…the site shut down. They should’ve picked one of the 2 high up members of management at the location, instead.
