      Amazing culture - we have the BEST team here! Leadership truly cares about our employees and takes our feedback seriously and puts change into action when we share our thoughts. Also as we work with many clients, you can share your skills with a variety of client types/industries/locations - so there is never a dull moment as we have ongoing opportunities to learn and grow.

      Our timekeeping system has some quirks

      Lost its way

      Pros

      Great teammates who go above and beyond to help, fostering a supportive work environment from your coworkers.

      Cons

      The company used to feel like a small, close team where everyone worked together. But over time, new leaders came in, and it turned into a more top-down structure with a lot of micromanagement. This has made it harder for employees to feel heard and has led to a lot of people leaving.

      myHR Partner values their employees and our input/opinions on things. They offer great work/life balance and flexibility. The team is awesome and full of smart, fun, motivated individuals.

      The way we track time worked can be challenging.
