      There are so many positives I am going to list as many as allowed - Work-life balance has been mastered - Respectful - Flexible - Pay - If you have a family this is the company you want to work for - The most effective & efficient onboarding process - Schedule

      Cons

      There is nothing to add to cons, work life is that good. The only area to evaluate is if you're someone who depends on health insurance as the main insurance in the family and uses your insurance a lot, you may be spending more out of pocket for visits & medicine. Etc.

      Pros

      This company exceeds the expectation of work life balance. I work with people who trust each other to get their done but also trust each other to take on our tasks while out sick, on vacation, or just taking a mental health break. I've been here for a couple years now and the learning has not stopped nor do I see it stopping any time soon.

      Seriously - none! Such a great place to work
