Pros
My team is great, they are very nice and helpful.
Cons
But the amount of stress is extremely overbearing. The burnout process usually happens at around 6 months here. This place is also a revolving door, people are leaving left and right. The pay is very low compared to the amount of knowledge you need to have and how long you need to work. They will make it sound like the culture is unbeatable and that working 55+ hours a week is considered an opportunity. They like to use keywords to get employees to do a lot of work but continue to be a warm body in a seat with low pay. People are starting to catch on and leaving in droves, and they are also sounding the alarm to other people so they are aware if they ever decide to come work here. My advice to people, especially the young generation, come and work here and put in about a year or so and then leave. That way you have some understanding with methodologies under you belt and you can go to another company that will value your worth and pay you accordingly.
