The Only Pro Left: Great Colleagues, But Big Layoffs Every 3 Months so Even That Could Change....

Cons

While the company has long suffered from poor management, recent decisions have taken us in an even more troubling direction. Individuals with little to no expertise are being placed in charge of highly sensitive departments that are vital to our daily operations and cross team collaboration. This misdirection is not only undermining productivity, t’s driving away the very people who keep the company functioning. A clear example: the entire IT department has just left, a direct result of this ongoing leadership failure.

It is sad to see what has transpired at this company. The original employees who built the infrastructure has left and it’s mainly due to poor executive leadership. The executive team created an environment of fear with the verbal abuse and endless bullying. The Head of HR was one of the main factors of this. The CEO either didn’t care or turned a blind eye to it all. It was once a great company and it all went downhill fast.
