C-level management is toxic, excellent at raising money, dreadful leadership. When executive management talk to the rest of the team in "sales pitch mode" you know something is wrong. We don't need to be sold, we need an actual plan. Hand-wavy atmosphere, almost no risk mitigation or seriousness in delivery planning. To sum it up, it's a self proclaimed product-led company that has virtually no product team (2-3 people burdened with constant change in direction).
