It's an early stage startup built through the remote working environment of a pandemic. Sometimes things can seem overwhelming but managers are very supportive and constantly aim to improve.

You meet some interesting people which is the only good thing about this company and sometimes you may make a friend from the only sane person working there.

Cons

Low morale, no motivation, different focus every day, leadership can’t lead, never take responsibility and will happily point fingers and blame others, total micromanagers you can never do a good job.
