Nothing is organised, No accountability No stability No appraisal cycle No performance cycle No Vision Just care about money not about the employees, Overburdened and exhausted. No fun at all.

Lots of growing pains. e.g. trying to get organized is a slow process. Tremendous amount of employee turnover both voluntary and involuntary. Lack the appropriate amount of employees to really expand in meaningful ways. e.g. Lots of manual work that could be automated. Way too many meetings/ management is unable to tend to day-to-day stuff. Bit of a disconnect between the product team and engineering team.
