A really unpleasant place...

Pros

You get to work from home sometimes.

Cons

It's good that you get to work from home because being in the office is pretty miserable. No one is happy, everyone feels overworked and underpaid. The raises are pretty bad too. (except for upper management I'm sure) A lot of work is outsourced offshore which isn't that bad except the people who work in the offices have way more work than they can handle and the pay just isn't there.

Walk away....quickly.

Pros

Prior to selling to a private equity company, there was a true sense of loyalty and being rewarded for hard work.

Cons

The current management cannot get on the same page. There has been an enormous amount of recent turn over and more to come soon I suspect. The people who actually keep the company running day in and day out are not recognized, thanked or rewarded.

Pros

The benefits were the only good thing because you got PTO first day of hiring.

Cons

Management were so not management! They were people who started with the company and got promoted to those positions due to seniority and not knowledge or experience. Would find any reason to pick with you if you just kept to yourself and did your job. They demanded you be sociable amongst the team even when they wouldn't talk to you either way or cared! Only advancement opportunities were if someone quit or was fired in a hire position. Managers don't know how to communicate at all. Are very unprofessional in every aspect along with the employees they hire. Little pay for a lot of stressful work and not necessarily stressful work but more so the environment and coworkers.
